Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair both low and high voltage electrical systems in commercial facilities.
• Read, interpret, and update electrical blueprints and schematic diagrams to ensure current system specifications.
• Diagnose complex electrical issues, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs to maintain system integrity.
• Manage, organize, and label wires, cables, and conduits to ensure a structured electrical system.
• Enforce strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on a variety of electrical equipment to reduce the risk of unplanned downtime and failures.
• Supervise the installation and maintenance of lighting fixtures, electrical panels, and other electrical components.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; advanced vocational training or degree in electrical engineering preferred.
• At least three years of experience in commercial electrical maintenance and repair.
• Extensive knowledge of both low and high voltage systems, including relevant electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex electrical blueprints and diagrams.
• Comprehensive completion of safety training programs specific to electrical work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to handle demanding tasks.
