Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair both low and high voltage electrical systems in commercial facilities.
  • Read, interpret, and update electrical blueprints and schematic diagrams to ensure current system specifications.
  • Diagnose complex electrical issues, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs to maintain system integrity.
  • Manage, organize, and label wires, cables, and conduits to ensure a structured electrical system.
  • Enforce strict compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on a variety of electrical equipment to reduce the risk of unplanned downtime and failures.
  • Supervise the installation and maintenance of lighting fixtures, electrical panels, and other electrical components.
